Russell started his career as the Head of HR in a RM1.03B Listed Company (Plantation). During this time, he discovered that one of the most important human capital of an organization is the Sales people. He also realized that Sales would also give him the golden opportunity to meet different people.
He then decided to take up the challenge and started his sales career as a telesales for over 2 years in Citibank. With this experience, he went on to pursue selling bigger ticket items by joining a real estate agency. In the 2nd year of his involvement as a real estate agent, he sold more than 300 properties amounting to more than RM167M and this remarkable achievement instantly drew the attention of his agency owner.
Russell attributed his instant success to the skills strategies he learnt from Sun Tzu and how he incorporated A.I tools to succeed.

Being encouraged by his agency leaders, he started to share wholeheartedly the skills and techniques with other agents and thus making him one of the most key trainer to his organization. In 2022 alone, the agents that he trained and adopted his techniques generated over RM500M sales.
